It was back in 2003 that Noori released SKMHJ to an unsuspecting world. A decade on and most Noori fans old enough to know what was going on will go teary-eyed and tell you exactly where they were and what they were doing when the Noori album came out.

Now it all comes full circle as Noori releases Begum Gul Bakaoli Sarfarosh. Their first album in a decade, and the conclusion of what started as a trilogy of albums. SKMHJ was coming of age, Peeli Patti was an anthem of angst, BGBS is introspection; it’s realization. It’s the darkest, moodiest, grittiest album the band have ever written, with serious socio-political connotations. It’s a commentary on our country, it’s a story of who we are, it’s a story of where we are headed. It’s OUR story.

The album is available for streaming exclusively on Patari. You can stream it here, or via their Android/iOS apps.
