Ingredients
  1. 500grams lamb mince
  2. 1 teaspoon salt
  3. 1.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  4. 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1 teaspoon oregano
  7. 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the herbs together
  2. Add mince and mix very well
  3. Roll into a loaf shape
  4. Place in the slow cooker
  5. Cook on low for around 6 hours, OR High for around 4 hours
  6. After cooking, take out and wrap in tin foil for roughly 10 minutes
  7. Slice thinly and serve with your desired sides
