With Part 1’s November release now just weeks away, the makers of Ramayana are gearing up to unveil a second trailer — an “international cut” — at a grand event in Bengaluru on Thursday, October 15. Reports say Yash, Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi are all expected to be present, making it a rare joint appearance by the epic’s three leads. The event was originally planned near Anjanadri Hill in Hampi — revered as the birthplace of Lord Hanuman — but the venue was reportedly shifted to Bengaluru after preparations ran into trouble.
The second trailer is expected to spotlight crucial sequences from Nitesh Tiwari’s two-part saga, with buzz pointing to an even bigger showcase for Yash’s Ravana — the demonic avatar that was the breakout talking point of the first trailer’s arrival. The move signals the final phase of the film’s pre-release push: Part 1 is slated to open in theatres on November 5, 2026, with Part 2 aimed at Diwali 2027, and the campaign is now shifting from pure spectacle to star power.
Adding to the momentum, reports also suggest the film could be screened at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on the day of its theatrical debut, with political leaders likely to attend. If it happens, the honour would underline the extraordinary scale of the project — already among the most ambitious films ever attempted in Indian cinema.
