Actress Ananya Panday recently shared that her decision to have renowned designer Gauri Khan style her new home in Mumbai was deeply personal. In an interview with NIF Global, Ananya revealed that Gauri Khan has been a significant figure in her life, describing her as “almost a second mother.” She emphasized that Gauri’s understanding of her personality made the collaboration special, stating, “She knew me, really me.”
Ananya highlighted that, despite their close relationship, Gauri Khan treated the home design process with professionalism and respect. Gauri ensured that Ananya’s vision was prioritized, often engaging her in collaborative discussions and seeking her input at every step. Ananya expressed her appreciation for Gauri’s approach, noting that the design reflected her own identity and preferences.
Sharing her gratitude on Instagram, Ananya wrote: “My first home… my dream home… thank you @gaurikhan… no one could have understood exactly what I wanted better than you… and made it so so so special for me… you’re the best, love you!”
On the professional front, Ananya Panday will next appear in the film “Tu Meri Main Tera,” co-starring Kartik Aaryan and produced by Dharma Productions, slated for release on February 13, 2026.
