The wait is almost over. Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment have locked September 23 for the trailer launch of ‘Udta Teer’, the spy comedy starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan, with the film set to arrive in theatres on October 9.
The trailer date marks the film’s shift from announcement-stage buzz into full theatrical campaign mode. The pairing of Ayushmann and Sara, a first-time on-screen collaboration, has been one of the project’s biggest talking points, and the trailer will be the first full look at their comic chemistry and the film’s world.
Directed by Akash A Kaushik in his feature directorial debut, ‘Udta Teer’ is being pitched as a family entertainer with a comic spine, leaning into the flavour of a spy comedy. With the October 9 release now under three weeks away, expect the film to enter its most visible publicity phase very soon.
