Actress Kangana Ranaut has taken to social media to hit back at Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut for his remark of BJP backing the actress in his weekly column Rokhthok in Saamana.
While Raut alleged Kangana of humiliating the chief minister and people of the state, he also urged all Marathi people in Maharashtra to unite as well. Now, responding to his column, Kangana took to Twitter and wrote, “Wow!! Unfortunate that BJP is protecting someone who busted drug and mafia racket, BJP should instead let Shiv Sena goons break my face, rape or openly lynch me, nahin Sanjay ji? How dare they protect a young woman who is standing against the mafia!!!”
The exchange of words between the Shiv Sena leader and Kangana started post the latter’s tweet where she compared Mumbai as Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and even stated that she feared Mumbai Police more than movie mafia.
Karni Sena members, who even staged a protest in Gorakhpur against Sanjay Raut for his disparaging remarks against Kangana met the ‘Manikarnika’ actress at her residence in Mumbai, earlier in the day. Kangana is even reported to meet the Maharashtra Governor at the Raj Bhavan before she leaves for Himachal Pradesh.
